At Hamza Interiors, every product is quality-checked before dispatch. We stand behind what we sell and are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Products that have been used or assembled
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or negligence
- Custom-made, personalized, or special order items
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product
- Photo of the original packaging
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained. Hamza Interiors reserves the right to assess all damage claims before approving a return or replacement.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product has been received and inspected at our Gujranwala warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refund approval is subject to the returned product passing our quality inspection. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, the refund may be partially or fully declined.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued based on your original payment method:

Hamza Interiors is not responsible for any bank processing delays once the refund has been initiated from our end.
Return Shipping
- Damaged or incorrect items: Return shipping costs are fully covered by Hamza Interiors
- Change of mind or other reasons: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All returns must be shipped to our Gujranwala warehouse address provided by our team upon return approval
Replacement Option
If you prefer a replacement over a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, we will dispatch the replacement order within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product — subject to stock availability.

Please do not ship any product back without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
